delivered a little bit of happiness to some
children @ St Francis Children's Hospital to
help heal the hurt...if just for one day.

"The Annual Barber-Cutt-Off"

Stylist, Aisha Gant is among other local
stylists and barbers, who participates in the
annual Barber Cutt-Off where children from
the city and surrounding areas can come
and get school supplies and a free hairstyle
or haircut to go back to school; happy and
confident. When asked why she does it, she
replied;
"...I give without the expectation of receiving
anything; otherwise, it's just an Exchange!"
"TULSA HOPE ACADEMY"

Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness
Specialist, Aisha Gant, volunteered with
the said to be,
at-risk teens of Tulsa Hope
Academy in the summertime. The academy
serves as a last resort -type alternative to
graduating from high school.

inviting me, the program she put together
as well as the kids, have made an impact
on my life and I will be forever grateful!"
ANNUAL "VOCAL ART" DISPLAY

Talented individuals from local communities
displayed their favorite pieces of art; ranging
from singing, spoken word poetry, novel
excerpts, etc., but it had to be displayed
vocally! It was a great success. ExpoStyles
Magazine Owner and EIC, Chiku Griffin was
present to judge best male and female
performer of the night. The winners were
awarded a photo shoot and spread in the
next issue.

"And the award for best female of the night,
goes to; LaShawn Stokes! Award for best
male performer went to Leviticus Moore III!
